"I bought my first Harley at age 70 in November 2008. After riding for about 15 years (age 50-65), I sold a Yamaha 1100 Virago with the ideal that riding was going to be a thing of my past. It was a conscious decision on my part after I realized my wife could no longer ride with me (due to spinal problem). Bottom line --- it was the wrong decision. I should have sold the bike because I did not want to ride anymore, not because she couldn't.
My chlidren persuaded me to get on the road again when my wife had been fighting a lethal infection for over a year. They realized that I needed something to redirect my interests, something that I had loved for a number of prior years. In addition, my eldest son-in-law has been a Harley rider for a number of years and was instrumental in my decision.
My experience in selection was facilitated by your great sales staff who answered all my questions regarding a purchase, e.g. appropriate style, insurance etc. Your service did not stop there. Having a Heritage Softail for only a short period of time, I needed someone to help me mechanically. ON A SUNDAY, Al came out to my house to assist me in my efforts. This kind of help is truly one of a kind and quickly cemented my high regard for your overall service.
Each time I visit your service department, Brian and the staff have been most helpful and understanding in answering questions, some of which I'm sure sound rather simple in nature.
In December, my one daughter and son-in-law from
Seattle wanted to see the bike (which is in storage at your dealtership). We drove down and I asked whether we could all see the bike. Almost before I finished asking the question, Dean ran down and pulled the bike our in front so we could really get a good look at it. I felt his attitude was one of personal desire to accomodate, not simply one of responding to my request.
Many times my wife and I just stop by to say hello and chat with the parts staff. Bobby and the group always have a smile and are willing to answer questions even when they know there is not an immediate sale pending.
In summary, my experience with Atlantic County HD has been A-1. I don't know how many more years I have left as far as riding is concerned, but for as many years as there is left, I look forward to working with your group."

"The best buying experience I have ever had. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient and sales pressure was non existent. I could not decide between the Cross Bones and the Fat Boy Lo and they made both available to me for a test ride. When adding parts they suggested parts that would compliment what I ordered.
They also have a great apparel department; definitely the coolest HD dealership I have been to.

"Everytime I have been to Atlantic County Harley, everyone is always very friendly and willing to help. The service department is impecable. So far I have only had a couple of dyno tunes performed on my 06 FXSTI, but I love the idea of being able to see your bike being run on the dyno and seeing the tech in action and by seeing him work, you see he really knows what he's doing. I don't want to bash any other dealers, but I am currently in a disagreement with how Millville Harleys service department for work they charged me for and never did. Atlantic Co. found the work they never did and really steped up to the plate and took care of me. But at Atlantic Co. I felt that I was treated very well and work was done in a very timely matter! "On Tuesday this week I had an electrical problem with my 1999 Sportster. I was ready for a long drawn out process of being on hold, talking to a bunch of people, not getting the problem corrected right away and going with-out my bike for a couple of days. I could not have been more wrong. With in minutes I knew how the problem would be solved, the service staff offered to fix it at my home or pick it up and take it back to the shop. I asked if they could pick it up and shortly after the call they were at my house picked up the bike and had it fixed in less than an hours time. "Yesterday Sept. 18, 205 my 2005 Ultra Classic which i purchased from your dealership in Jan. malfunctioned and was running terrible like it was only running on one cylinder. I was scheduled to leave on a trip with my bike at 2:30 that same day. I contacted Jeremy and told him my problem. He told me that the schedule was full for the day but if I wanted to drop it off he would see if he could get someone to look at it real quick. When I arrived around 9 am Jeremy pulled the bike right into the shop and had it fixed in a matter of minutes and back to me along with some helpful tips on how to prevent further problems with my bike. I was able to go on my trip thanks to Jeremy and the service dept. Service is of the utmost importance to me and Jeremy's action convinced me that ACHD also values customer service. We had gotten a flat tire on the Garden State Parkway on our way to Atlantic City and called your store for some assistance.
