I just purchased my second bike from Atlantic County Harley (2012 Street Glide). The experience this time was every bit as satisfying as my first purchase 8 years ago. I've learned over the years there really is a Harley dealer who puts its' customers first and goes out of its way to keep you happy after the purchase. Never over the past 8 years have I felt intimidated, pressured or that they were in any way trying to "blow smoke up my shorts". Ben and Brenda, and their staff are truly the reason I ride an hour for my service, bypassing 2 closer dealerships. They have earned my loyalty.

Very seldom can you shop somewhere on a frequent basis (couple times a month) and not find something to bitch about,been dealing with ACHD a little over three years now,never had a problem about anything,never once felt like I was getting ripped off..( will never go back to collingswood).

I have purchased three motorcycles from Atlantic County Harley Davidson.
The owners, Ben and Brenda, and their staff are courteous, knowledgeable and always available for questions and information. I have been doing business with them since 1995 when I purchased my Fat Boy, my first Harley. From then a 1998 Road King and in 2004 a Road King Classic.
I have done business with their sales, service, parts and motorclothes departments and have been treated with the best service I could expect.

"I just wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful service that we received on June 25, 2005. We had gotten a flat tire on the Garden State Parkway on our way to Atlantic City and called your store for some assistance. I am horrible with names and cannot remember whom it was that I was speaking with but he had sent someone out from your location that was just about to deliver a customer’s bike to get us. We could not believe that this was arranged to help us out. We just wanted to let you know that your dealership is one of a kind and appreciate everything that you did. The service department went out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of. That is definitely quality customer service. It was not only the service of the bike either. The sales personnel in apparel were very helpful and friendly. Overall, your dealership is on the top of our list. We traditionally stop at the Harley dealerships while traveling to get apparel to remember the trip. This particular trip will be remembered for sure. " This was my first purchase of a bike, I knew what I wanted a 2006 Ultra Classic, but trying to find a dealer was the worst experience yet. After looking for a few months at dealers close to where I live. I found your sales department, they treated me more like a friend than a number. Marty was the first person I made contact with and the experience was great he made me and my family feel at ease the whole time we were shopping for the bike. The whole staff from the girls upstairs to the guys behind the counter were great. And last of all Mike who delivered the bike to my house and going over the bike with us. "Your Service Manager and Service Writer are the best! Being in the car business myself I appreciated the honesty and proffesional way he conducted himself. My bike is a brand new 07 FatBoy and I came in for pipes and he upsold me on getting more chrome for my bike which was installed, and I'm coming back for more! "Everytime I have been to Atlantic County Harley, everyone is always very friendly and willing to help. The service department is impecable. So far I have only had a couple of dyno tunes performed on my 06 FXSTI, but I love the idea of being able to see your bike being run on the dyno and seeing the tech in action and by seeing him work, you see he really knows what he's doing. I don't want to bash any other dealers, but I am currently in a disagreement with how Millville Harleys service department for work they charged me for and never did. Atlantic Co. found the work they never did and really steped up to the plate and took care of me. But at Atlantic Co. I felt that I was treated very well and work was done in a very timely matter! I recomend Atlantic Co. Harley to ANYONE, for ANYTHING, especially service!!"

"Always a pleasure to stop in. Although after the sale and most of my time spent at the parts counter these days,( adding chrome, not repairs), the sales personel always take the time to say "Hi". While at the parts counter, all the personel are very friendly and helpfull. I have never felt pressured with either the sale of my bike or the purchases I have made to accessorize it. I would highly recomend "Atlantic County Harley-Davidson" to anyone. "

"I shopped for a new bike at five different dealers in North Jersey and two others in South Jersey. Atlantic county not only had the best price, but they were very helpful and spent a lot of time with me. I felt like they cared not about making a sale, but that they wanted to make sure I purchased the right bike for me with the right options. I live 150 miles away so I don't get there that much, but when I do they still know me and greet me by name each time. This is a top notch dealer worth going out of your way to deal with for everything. In 30 years I have purchased ten new Harleys from many other dealers. NONE have treated me like this one does.

"So my wife and I were on our way home from an awesome honeymoon. Rode from CT to Myrtle Beach to The Outer Banks then to Cape May, NJ. We stopped for fuel at a rest stop then the bike would not start. We called AC HD and you guys came right out to get us. If we waited 20 minutes for the tow-that was a long time. Everyone at AC HD was AWESOME! You guys took my bike right in, made us feel right at home and got us back on the rode in a matter of a couple hours. I'll be telling all my friends to check out your dealership during their travels. You guys are great! Keep up the great work. . .it really goes a long way when your on the rode in an unfamiliar area just trying to make your way back home and people like you step right up and make it happen. Thanks again for all you guys did for us."
